Mixed Flour Bread
Bread using mixed grain flour (”Ruchbrot“).
Ingredients
- 5 cups mixed grain flour
- 1 ¼ + ⅓ cups water
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- Bread spices
Instructions
- Mix ⅓ cup ater and yeast and wait until foamy.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Knead until smooth.
- Bake at 500°F / 250°C for 20 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 430°F / 220°C for 50 minutes.
